We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days (if the piece is in stock). You can also visit us Mon–Fri 8:00–16:00 at Vaidoto g. 1, Kaunas, see the family hearths we have made and choose the one you like best. By the way, we can send parcels by bus, so you will receive your order the same day.
We are often asked whether the piece will arrive intact if it is sent to a parcel locker. Although we cannot guarantee it 100 percent, the pieces we send really do almost always arrive safely. With many years of experience, we know how to pack our pieces properly so that they don’t break. And if it does break? In that case, contact us at info@sparkflair.lt and we will send you a new piece.
