• 2.2.3 To resolve issues related to the supply or delivery of goods.
• 2.2.4 To fulfil other contractual obligations.

3.1 The Seller has the right to transfer information to third parties only to achieve the purposes set out in clause 2.2.

7. Changes to the rules and final provisions

7.1 sparkflair.lt has the right to change the privacy terms in part or in full by giving notice in the online shop. Continued use of our website services means acceptance of these rules. All disagreements and disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
