Shipping

If the items are in stock, we usually ship them within 1–2 business days. We ship via parcel lockers or, if it is very urgent, by bus – then you will receive your order the same day. We understand that porcelain is very fragile, so we do everything we can to make sure your order doesn’t spoil the festive mood and reaches you intact.
