If the items are in stock, we aim to ship them within 1–2 business days. If the hearth is not in stock, it may take about a month to make a new one. So we recommend not waiting until the last minute and ordering your or your children’s family hearth in advance. We ship via parcel lockers or, if it is very urgent, by bus – then you will receive your order the same day.
